Experience the sights and sounds of World War II when the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Dixie Wing hosts the annual WWII Heritage Days April 18th & 19th, 2015.

The event will be held Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Dixie Wing Historical Airpower Facility, Falcon Field. We bring together re-enactors, WWII Veterans, military vehicles, vintage warbirds and exhibits as a living history experience for the entire family. “WWII Heritage Days” is a community celebration that will entertain and educate the entire family.  The "Keep 'em Flying" Hangar Dance on Saturday evening is a ticketed event - purchase your tickets on-line before we sell out!

We will honor all Rosie the Riveter's on Sunday!  Come dressed as Rosie and we'll have a photo-op at 2pm.  Meet real Rosie the Riveters!


Tuskegee Airmen

The Atlanta Chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen will be at WWII Heritage Days.  They will have displays, memorabilia and items for purchase.


Corsair and SBD Pilot John Hancock is scheduled to speak!

Corsair fighter pilot and SBD dive bomber pilot is scheduled to attend and speak at Warbirds in Review!  Keep checking the Program page for day and time.

The weekend will again feature vintage aircraft, period vehicles, education displays, guest speakers and demonstrations, including mock battles between reenactors portraying Allied and Axis troops. Local actors and singers will impersonate 1940’s celebrities and perform 1940's musical hits throughout the weekend.
